Delivery locations

We deliver to all countries listed in the ‘Country’ list on the checkout page. When you are checking out, you need to select a shipping option based on whether you are located within Australia or internationally.

If your country is not listed in the 'Country' list, please email us at info@duckcloth.com.au as we may still be able to deliver to your country.

Delivery rates

Within Australia

We are committed to offering affordable postage within Australia and the postage rates below often reflect only part of the actual postage cost.

Note: All sewing patterns are posted free of charge (within Australia). If you order both fabric and patterns, you are charged postage on only the fabric portion of your order.

	$66 - 120	7.00	All orders between $65 and $120 will be posted via Express Post unless you specifically select Registered Post.
	Over $120	FREE	Orders over $120 will usually be posted via Express Post depending on the size of the parcel and the delivery location. If you would prefer Registered Post, please request this in the Comments field on checkout.
Express Post	< $66	7.00	If your order is $65 or below and you would like Express Post, select this option on checkout.
Registered Post	<$120	7.00	If your order is $120 or below, and you would like Registered Post, select this option on checkout. Requires you to collect and sign for your parcel from your local Post Office. This is the most secure method of delivery.

International
We use Australia Post air mail to send your package. You can calculate the exact shipping charge on the shopping cart page (prior to entering any personal details) by selecting the shipping method and clicking 'Update cart'.

Delivery times

Within Australia
We use Australia Post to deliver your order. All orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne store within 48 hours. Please allow 2 – 3 working days delivery to capital cities and 3 to 5 working days delivery to regional and country areas.

If you are paying by bank deposit, we will send your order as soon as your payment has cleared.

International
We use Australia Post air mail to deliver your order. All parcels will be dispatched from Melbourne within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery time. If you would like your parcel insured, please email us for a cost estimate.
